Shipping
- Processing: Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard shipping (U.S.): 3 to 7 business days.
- Free shipping: on U.S. orders over $100.
- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. During holidays and sale events, processing may take slightly longer.
Returns
We want you to love every piece. If something is not quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
- Sale items, intimates, jewelry and accessories are final sale.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us with your order number and we will help you exchange for the right fit, subject to availability.
How to start a return
- Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will send you return instructions.
- Pack your item(s) securely with tags attached and ship them back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
