Caring for Your Pieces
A little care keeps your favorites looking beautiful for years. Always check the care label first, then follow these tips.
Delicates, silk and satin
- Hand wash cold or dry clean.
- Never wring. Gently press out water and lay flat to dry.
- Steam rather than iron to remove wrinkles.
Knits and sweaters
- Hand wash or use a gentle cycle in a mesh bag.
- Dry flat to keep the shape. Never hang wet knits.
- Fold knits instead of hanging them.
Cotton, linen and everyday pieces
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors.
- Line dry when possible to preserve color and fit.
Jewelry and accessories
- Keep jewelry away from water, perfume and lotion.
- Store pieces separately in a soft pouch.
